The report will be in two or more parts. The first part will be the Photo Report. This report will include color photos of each item found deficient. Each photo will be identified and a description of what is wrong in the photo will be provided. The second portion of the report, The Narrative Report, will describe in detail the following:

  1. What is wrong
  2. Why it is wrong
  3. How it must be corrected
  4. The Code Section if a Violation
  5. Specifications if it is a Standard
  6. Other pertinent information

All inspections include a meeting with the Owners to describe the findings in the reports. At which time questions will be answered on how to proceed or to clarify any issues contained in the reports. I have addressed Single Family Home Owners, the Boards of Homeowner Associations, Commercial Condominium Boards, Government Boards and Attorneys over the years and have found that by having this meeting the items in the reports become clear and the parties have a better understanding of the reports.

I will issue one hard copy of the report and provide a disk with the reports and enclosures so that you may make as many copies as you would like.

Be advised that the reports are not Phase I or Phase II environmental surveys. However these services can be provided at additional costs.
